When our court faced significant IT challenges that threatened to disrupt services, Maggie stepped in as our digital first responder. During this difficult time, we experienced a 49% spike in conversations with our chatbot. Rather than citizens facing unanswered questions or lengthy delays, Maggie provided continuous support, ensuring access to justice remained uninterrupted.
